Start-up of 123dubbelglas BV, Amsterdam. A double-glazing window brand targeting a niche in the consumer market (historic building owners) and driven by value and customer service.

A niche market in the renovation segment of the building industry which targets directly homeowners and grows through franchising in Dutch cities with historic heritage.
ESSD consulting developed the strategy, acquired funding and helped implementing the business plan from researching the right production sites in Poland, the logistic and administrative set up, to finding the right sales team, training franchising partners and specialist carpenters to implement at site.
In august 2015 essdconsulting handed over 123dubbelglas to a new managing director to enable faster growth via franchising and lead the established brand to the next level.
